چکیده
Cassava pulp (CS) is high in fiber and low protein; hence, improving the nutritive value of CS required to increase its contribution enhancing ruminant production. The present work hypothesized that quality could be enhanced by fermentation with yeast waste (YW), which can used replace soybean meal (SBM), as well lead improved feed utilization ruminants. Thus, evaluation vitro ruminal digestibility, influenced YW-treated different roughage (R) concentrate (C) ratios, was elucidated. design experiment a 5 × 3 factorial arrangement completely randomized design. Each treatment contained three replications runs. first factor replacing SBM fermented YW (CSYW) ratio at 100:0, 75:25, 50:50, 25:75, 0:100, respectively. second R:C ratios 70:30, 30:70. level CSYW showed significantly higher (p < 0.01) gas production from insoluble fraction (b), potential extent (a + b), cumulative 96 h than control group 0.05). There were no interactions among on digestibility > Furthermore, increasing amount up 75% had negative effect neutral detergent degradability (IVNDFD) 0.05) while CSWY 100% reduce IVNDFD bacterial population rumen reduced 25.05% when replaced 0.05); however, diet did not change concentration propionate (C3) decreased upon an level, lowest replacement 75%. However, various influence total volatile fatty acids (VFAs), proportion VFAs 0.05), except C3, increased In conclusion, utilized partial for diets without affecting kinetics, parameters, or digestibility.

The aim of this study was to compare the nutritional value of sunflower meal (SFM) and soybean meal (SBM) protein by determining both its ruminal degradability and intestinal digestibility. Three non lactating Jersey cows fitted with a rumen and T-type duodenal cannulas were used to estimate rumen degradability and intestinal digestibility of SFM and SBM dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP). ...
